Our aim is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers across Australia and the World.
We partner with quality global suppliers and aim to have your order to you as soon as possible. Shipping to the destination can take anywhere between 10 - 35 business days depending on the manufacturer/supplier, although most times it is between 10 - 15 business days. (Wall Stickers usually take longer than this) Currently, the average package can take up to 2 months to arrive.
It is important to note that because we source our products from different suppliers around the world, shipping times will vary between manufacturers/suppliers. The times listed above are an average, and depending on circumstances out of our control are subject to change (such as the Lunar New Year).

When ordering outside of Australia, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Nested Nurseries has no control over these charges, nor can Nested Nurseries predict what they may be.
Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for orders that arrive within 35 business days from the date the order was placed. If they arrive after this date and you wish to request a refund, please kindly visit our refunds & returns page.
