Due to the recent outbreak of COVID-19, we have been forced to change our refund policy until further notice. 

As this pandemic is out of our control and there is nothing we can do as a small Australian business to speed up the delivery of your package, we will no longer be issuing refunds on delayed shipping. 

This decision was not made lightly, but is something we are being forced to do to keep our business afloat. 

We will still issue refunds on damaged items as usual but under no circumstances will a refund be issued due to delivery time. 

We realise, this will mean some customers will not receive their packages for certain events, but please do not despair, you will receive your packages when the pandemic is under control.

We apologise for any inconvenience, but ask you remain patient in these tough times.

Refunds & Returns:
Our policy regarding refunds & returns is in accordance with the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) which can be found at the following link:

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. We also do not accept order cancellations if you change your mind. 

But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it 
• is unsafe 
• is significantly different from the sample or description 
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. 

Please note that refunds in relation to shipping times will not be issued for orders that arrive to Australia within 45 business days from the date the order was placed. This is in accordance with the expected shipping times listed on our shipping policy page.

Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt/confirmation email.

If you are approved for a refund/return please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Rather contact us and we will be sure to give you a return address.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow up to seven days for this credit to appear in your account.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If your item is returned to sender due to the customer entering an incorrect postal address, please note that a re stocking fee of 50% to the value of the returned item will be charged. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
